Shipping Policy

At Rala, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard delivery: 7–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur. Rala is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional processing time and may be subject to additional shipping fees.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getrala.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases.

Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, pausing, or canceling subscriptions before renewal. You may manage your subscription through your customer portal or by contacting us at hello@getrala.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building management, or local carrier.

Rala is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us at hello@getrala.com and we will do our best to help you with the next steps.
